About Us
Top Crypto Casinos is an independent comparison site for US players who want to gamble with cryptocurrency. We research new and established crypto casinos, compare them on the points that matter when you play with coins, and explain the legal grey area around offshore sites plainly. This page covers who we are, how we rank, how we earn money, and what we can't tell you.
Age and risk notice: You must be 18 or older to gamble, and 21 or older in many places and at some sites. Check the minimum age at the site and under your state's rules. Gambling can lose you money, and crypto prices can move against you while you play. If gambling is causing harm, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. Our Responsible Gambling page has more.
Disclosure: how this site is funded
We may earn a commission when you follow a link to a casino and sign up or deposit. That is how the site pays for itself. Commission does not buy position. Ratings and rankings come from the criteria below, and no operator can pay to rank higher or have a weakness removed.
The ranked cards on our pages show each casino's advertised offer and our editorial rating. That rating is our own assessment. It is not a customer-review score.
What we do and who it's for
Our readers are mostly US players. Some already hold crypto and want speed and privacy. Others live in states with no legal online casino and want to know how to get coins and use them. Some are comparing bonuses or looking for a new site after losing access to another. We assume you know casino games. We focus on what is specific to crypto:
- Which coins are supported, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin and Dogecoin
- Network fees, confirmation times and withdrawal limits
- Whether verification is required, and when
- Provably fair games and third-party software
- Bonus terms, including wagering requirements
- Licensing and support
How we assess and rank casinos
We work from published information: each casino's own site and terms, its stated license, and the information available to us at the fact-check date. We have not claimed to deposit, play or withdraw at any casino, and we do not publish payout times as tested results. Where a figure is advertised by the casino, we label it that way.
| Factor | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Coins and payments | Range of supported cryptocurrencies, including stablecoins, and stated limits and fees |
| Game range | Slots, live dealer, table games, crash, dice and in-house originals |
| Bonuses | Headline offer, wagering requirement, time limits, eligibility and caps |
| Payout policy | Stated withdrawal processing and limits |
| Licensing and fairness | Stated offshore license, audits, provably fair tools |
| Privacy and verification | What the terms say about identity checks |
| Security and support | 2FA, support channels, responsible gambling tools |
Every casino we recommend has drawbacks, and we list them. Across the casinos we cover, common ones are bonuses with heavy playthrough, state restrictions, limited self-exclusion tools and verification that can be triggered later.
The casinos we currently cover
Our ranking currently features BetPanda, CoinPoker Casino, Cryptorino, Punkz, Hyperlucky, Winna, Thrill, BC Game, Wild.io and Vave. Our focus is on newer crypto casinos alongside established ones. Newer does not mean better or safer. A site with a short track record has less history for you to check.
A few notes on what you'll find in the reviews:
- BetPanda holds our top editorial rating at 10.0 and advertises a 10% weekly cashback. Cashback terms vary, so read the conditions for what counts and any caps.
- CoinPoker Casino advertises a 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000. Matches like this normally carry wagering requirements you must meet before withdrawing bonus funds.
- Cryptorino advertises a 100% match up to 1 BTC plus 10% weekly cashback. Because the cap is in BTC, its dollar value moves with the market.
We haven't supplied wagering figures here because they sit in each casino's terms and can change. Check them before depositing.
The legal position, stated plainly
There is no federal legalization of online casinos in the US. Regulated online casinos exist in only a handful of states, such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and those operators don't run on crypto.
The casinos we review are offshore. They are typically licensed in places such as Curaçao or Anjouan, not by a US regulator. That puts them in a legal grey area for US players. We don't say they are legal, and we don't say they are regulated for you. Some sites restrict certain states. Laws vary by state, so check your own state's rules and each casino's terms. We don't advise using a VPN or false details to get around restrictions or identity checks, and doing so can breach terms and put your funds at risk.
Offshore sites may not offer the same player protections or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated operators. See our Terms and Conditions for how you may use this site.
Privacy, taxes and what we can't advise on
Low-verification play is a privacy preference. It isn't a way to hide income, avoid taxes or move illicit funds, and we don't present it that way. US players may owe tax on gambling winnings and on crypto gains. This is general information only, so consult a qualified tax professional.
Nothing here is legal or financial advice. No casino, coin or strategy removes the risk of losing, and stablecoins such as USDT and USDC reduce price swings but don't remove other risks.
Keeping information current
Offers, limits and terms change often. Our information was last fact-checked on Sep 30, 2026. Treat advertised offers as casino marketing until you've read the current terms on the casino's own site. If you spot something out of date, tell us through Contact Us.
